Eine Retreat-Woche für Körper, Kreativität & inneres Erleben

Eine Woche zum Ankommen, Bewegen und Gestalten.

Mit Yoga, Zeichnen und Malen verbinden wir Bewegung und kreativen Ausdruck – ohne Leistungsdruck und ohne den Anspruch, etwas „richtig“ machen zu müssen.

Wir beginnen den Tag mit Yoga und schaffen Raum für Stille, Körperwahrnehmung und Präsenz. Dazwischen darf die Kreativität fliessen: mit Stift, Farbe, Formen und freien Experimenten.

Eine Woche, um aus dem Alltag auszusteigen, neue Impulse zu entdecken und wieder mehr mit sich selbst in Verbindung zu kommen.

MIT CHRISTINE FEGERL

Christine Fegerl ist Künstlerin, Kunsthistorikerin und erfahrene Kunstvermittlerin aus Salzburg. In ihrer Arbeit verbindet sie genaues Wahrnehmen mit spielerischem Experimentieren und freiem künstlerischem Ausdruck. In ihren Kursen lädt sie dazu ein, Erwartungen loszulassen, mit Farben und Formen zu experimentieren und den eigenen kreativen Ausdruck zu entdecken.

Für Move & Create bringt Christine ihre Erfahrung aus Zeichnung und Malerei mit und eröffnet einen Raum für Neugier, Inspiration und die Freude am eigenen schöpferischen Prozess.

A week to slow down, move, create and reconnect with yourself.

Through yoga, drawing and painting, we explore the connection between body, mind and creative expression — without pressure, expectations or the need to create something “perfect”.

We begin our days with yoga, creating space for movement, presence and stillness. Alongside this, we invite creativity to unfold through colour, lines, shapes and playful exploration.

WITH CHRISTINE FEGERL

Christine Fegerl is an artist, art historian and experienced art educator based in Salzburg. Through her work in museums and art education, she creates spaces where looking, experimenting and creating become a playful process. In her workshops, she invites participants to let go of expectations, explore colour and form, and find their own way of expressing what wants to emerge.

For Move & Create, Christine brings her experience in drawing and painting into a week of creative exploration, curiosity and joyful discovery.
